A Celebration of the Italian Countryside
This five day residential workshop will draw upon the beautiful surroundings of Le Capanne, an organic olive farm in Central Tuscany.
It will help us to rethink our connection with nature and to adopt a gentle, reflective relationship with it - one that is good for us and good for the planet.
Our hosts will be the wonderful Guerrieri and Volpe family who have lived and farmed at le Capanne in the traditional way for generations.
They will share with us the hidden treasures and quiet rhythms of this beautiful part of Tuscany.
